Langmia Awah Awah is a seasoned communications and marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in program management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. He has worked across corporate and nonprofit sectors, leading initiatives in business development, client relations, and public outreach. Bilingual in French and English, Langmia brings a dynamic and cross-cultural perspective to his work.
As Program Manager at CENA, he oversees the coordination and execution of high-impact programs and events, building partnerships that support the growth and innovation of the nonprofit sector.

Riyaz Basi
Strategic Advisor
Riyaz is an accomplished program manager with nearly a decade of experience in strategically designing, implementing, and evaluating impactful programs that build capacity and drive change. Her expertise spans facilitating community-driven initiatives, leading multi-stakeholder partnerships, managing teams in complex environments, grant writing, data management, and operations. Riyaz has worked internationally in Haiti on various scales of community development projects. One of her most significant achievements was contributing to the establishment of operational foundations for the Osaka Foundation, a Haitian-led organization providing low-barrier education and tennis opportunities for at-risk youth. Her work is driven by a commitment to innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, inspiring teams to achieve meaningful results.
Currently, Riyaz leads a national program co-founded by CCUNESCO and UNESCO, focused on providing accessible digital education to youth and educators. She curates and develops educational initiatives that spark critical thinking on responsibly and ethically leveraging AI for social good. Additionally, Riyaz is part of the Board of Directors at Synapcity, a local Ottawa organization promoting active civic participation through capacity-building programs and meaningful community engagement. In her role as Program Lead, she provides strategic expertise, focusing on the growth of existing programs while also supporting fundraising efforts.

Ali Hussain Ehsani is a dedicated professional with a background in International Relations and a deep passion for leveraging AI to drive social impact. His experience in nonprofit initiatives and community development has strengthened his commitment to finding innovative solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness and outreach.
With a strong understanding of global affairs and strategic analysis, Ali explores the intersection of technology and social good, focusing on how AI can empower nonprofits to create meaningful and lasting change. Through his work, he aims to bridge the gap between emerging technologies and mission-driven organizations, helping them maximize their impact.
